Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting account access, and activity performed through your account. Do not share temporary passwords, verification codes, or administrative access.
Your media and instructions
You retain your rights in media and instructions you provide. You grant the service the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, transmit to enabled providers, and deliver that material solely to operate requested workflows. You must have the necessary rights and consent for uploaded people, voices, music, brands, and other protected material.
AI output and acceptable use
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable and must be reviewed before publication or commercial use. You may not use the service for unlawful exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, deceptive impersonation, prohibited sexual content, abuse, malware, fraud, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Free editor, plans, and credits
The free editor permits the package limits displayed at enrollment. Paid plans unlock only the Video benefits shown in the selected plan. Draft, production, premium-model, audio/lip-sync, and purchased credit balances may have different spending and expiration rules. A quote is shown before a paid generation operation. Failed or canceled work is reconciled under the applicable credit policy.
Payments and cancellation
Recurring and one-time payments are processed by PayPal under the price, billing interval, currency, trial, and renewal terms displayed at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not undo work already delivered. Refunds, disputes, holds, and recovered credits are handled according to the recorded transaction and applicable law.
Commercial use and support
Commercial-use rights apply only when the active plan explicitly includes them and remain subject to your rights in all source material and provider restrictions. Support priority and response targets are the levels displayed with the active package; they are service targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
Availability and enforcement
Providers, formats, and rendering capacity can change. The service may pause unsafe, abusive, unpaid, or technically invalid operations and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every generation will meet a particular creative or commercial purpose.
