VIGAI Video Studio

Standalone video product

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to VIGAI Video Studio, including its free editor, AI generation tools, creator dashboard, administration, billing, support, and media delivery surfaces.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Information processed

VIGAI Video Studio processes account and profile details; projects and timeline state; uploaded images, video, and audio; prompts, reference material, generated results, captions, voice and lip-sync settings; plan, credit, transaction, and support records; and technical security information needed to operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, save and restore projects, operate editing and generation workflows, route requested jobs, deliver private media, calculate and reconcile credits, process subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and diagnose service failures.

Generation and payment providers

When a creator requests an AI operation, the service may send the minimum prompt, reference media, audio, and technical settings needed to an enabled generation provider. PayPal processes payment details; VIGAI Video Studio stores transaction and subscription identifiers rather than full payment-card credentials.

Ownership, access, and retention

Project and media access is account-scoped. Administrative access is role-restricted and audited. Projects, media, exports, transaction records, and operational evidence are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce security controls.

Your choices

Creators can manage projects, media, profile information, and support requests from their account. Requests concerning access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information can be submitted through Video Support. Some financial, fraud-prevention, and audit records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.

Security and changes

The service uses private media delivery, owner checks, protected credentials, signed callbacks, and access controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected by a revised date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
